The perfect touch to your party! Add a balloon cluster on a table or on the floor - great way to add to your theme! It does not contain helium & will not float.
*Let us know your pickup date, color scheme, theme &/or number you would like on top. We will do our best to make it happen! If we have follow-up questions, we will be in touch.
You can do 1 large number or 2 small if you want to put the age. Otherwise we can do a fun themed foil on top!
