Shipping & Pickup

How quickly are packages processed? 

We usually ship 1-2 business days after an order is placed. During high peak times, the turnaround can be a few extra days. Please feel free to call if something is urgent.

What are the shipping options?

Choose from ground shipping or expedited shipping depending on how quickly you need the item/s. Our flat shipping rates are based on our average costs, but a lot of times it is higher. Please know that we are not trying to overcharge you, shipping costs have gone up.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Wichita, Kansas and usually UPS.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Once your order ships, you should receive a tracking number. Please call the carrier if you have any delays or questions about your delivery.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we do, select during checkout. We will let you know when the order is ready. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Do you ship gifts?

Yes, let us know your order is a gift and we can make sure to remove prices and can add a gift note.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

If your purchase disappoints you through an error of our own, we will gladly pay for return shipping, correct the mistake, and ship the item back to you. If the item is not what you had in mind, we will accept a return of any unopened products, and issue a refund minus the cost of shipping once the item is back to our shop. We accept returns on unopened/unused products within 14 days. For online orders, please reach out within 14 days to initiate the return. Online orders can be returned to one of our locations as well. 

What if something arrives broken?

If something is broken or incorrect, please reach out ASAP, so we can help correct the issue. We will need pictures of the product, as well as the shipping materials in case it was damaged in transit.

What is the return policy for holiday merchandise?

Holiday merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase (if shipping, please ship ASAP) and 5 days before the holiday. After that, they will be returned at 50% of the value. 

What if someone wants to return a gift?

The gift recipient is able to return their gift and we will give them store credit for the amount. 

Are you able to return sale items?

Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Are you able to return custom items?

Custom items are final sale, unless there is an error on our part.
