Pickup Options
All our pickup options are air-filled. This means they do not float! Because they are not helium filled - they will last weeks and weeks and still look beautiful! They are created by our team with multiple different sizes of balloons and colors to coordinate with your event perfectly. These are the best option to add some festivity to your event.

FAQs
How do I order balloons? When should I order?
Visit our page of pickup options to order online or reach out to balloons@loveofcharacter.com to get started on your installation! We prefer orders 3 weeks in advance, but please reach out and we will be happy to add you to our calendar!
Can you use balloons I ordered on Amazon?
If you ordered a specialty foil balloon - we can incorporate that into your order. Please be mindful that these can have flaws sometimes and we cannot guarantee they will hold air.
We canNOT use any latex balloon kits bought online. We use the highest quality latex balloons for orders to make sure we put out exceptional work that will last as long as possible.
Do you have rentals?
We have a variety of backdrops and arches we rent out! Can’t attach to a wall? No problem. Please inquire about adding one to your order.
Do you come back to pickup?
Unless prior arrangements have been made - we do NOT come back to pick up balloons. LOC will return to pickup any large rentals, otherwise the customer is responsible to return them in a timely manner that will be discussed before delivery.
Will my balloons float?
No they will not float. We do not use helium for any of our garlands or clusters. Everything we make is air-filled and will either be freestanding or hang on a wall.
How do I hang my garland?
LOC provides a hanging kit with 3M command strips. We will give you a tutorial on how to use it when you pickup!
Can I have balloons outside?
Most of the time - YES! We do not recommend balloons outdoors in extreme heat or cold. Our hanging supplies do not work in drastic temperatures and the balloons will pop very easily. We will communicate that with you while planning your order and recommend the best setup possible.
Don’t Forget!
Balloons are, by nature, temporary items. Some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, sunlight and other uncontrollable factors.
